Position Overview:

The Ad Operations Manager will collaborate with ad sales and all product groups to ensure that ad campaigns and units are designed, implemented, and served in the optimal fashion. This individual will be the central internal ad contact; responsible for overall ad optimization and managing the delivery of sales metrics and studies for campaigns, brand lift (third party) and general unit/campaign efficacy.

Responsibilities:

You will be building all kinds of data driven applications / widgets for Slide. Video and audio players - virtual reality games, etc.

Required Qualifications:

• Solid OO skills with ability to write fast, elegant, clean codes
• Strong experience building data driven, complex, high-transaction internet applications
• Expertise in Actionscript, preferably AS 3, understands the trade-offs between Flash / Flex, CPU/Memory optimization, JavaScript/Flash bridging, Cross-browser compatibility
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• B.S. in Computer Science, or equivalent experience

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Product Manager will be part of the Slide FunSpace Product Group, one of Slide's major product groups. FunSpace allows users to distribute and view videos, posters, greeting cards and other types of media across the social web. With a built-in audience of more than 30 million people and over 20 million videos shared every day, FunSpace is one of the most recognized brands on social networks and offers many creative options for advertisers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Managing Slide's web development including product specifications and messaging
· Managing the entire product life cycle from conception to development to release
· Quantitative analysis of product/key metrics
· Initiate and prioritize projects within engineering and QA, track product development, and develop product launch plans
· Engage closely with engineering team and assist in determining the best technical implementation methods as well as reasonable execution schedule

REQUIREMENTS:

· Resume with proven results not just description of duties - We want to see metrics
· Passion for writing product specifications
· Outstanding written and oral communication skills
· Strong organizational and analytical skills, attention to details
· An enthusiastic, performance-driven self-starter and team player
· Previous start-up experience is a strong plus
· BA/BS degree (CS, EE, Math, Stats preferred)

Desirable Skills:

· Proven ability in developing winning product strategies for consumer internet space
· Experience with social media or developing advertising products a plus
