Job Details:

Do you spend an insane amount of time on social networks? Do you love making friends with people around the world? Fantastic! Slide is looking for a Community Manager to help make sure we continue to deliver what our users want.

Responsibilities:

  • Soliciting and interpreting user feedback into actionable recommendations for how to improve Slide's applications.
  • Organizing and maintaining public points of contact (messages, forums, etc) with users
  • Identifying and reporting technical bugs on behalf of the community
  • Making sure Slide stays current with audience segments around the world
  • Strengthening relationships that users have with Slide through contests & promotions
  • Engaging users on personal, 1x1 level


Requirements:

  • Demonstrated ability to learn fast and complete multiple competing priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (feel free to submit links to work)
  • Someone who can work both independently and as a strong contributor to a team
  • Deep understanding of social network structures (please submit profile URLs)
  • Must be proficient in MS Office suite programs
  • BA/BS degree
  • 1-2 years experience as a community manager/moderator/ambassador
