Responsibilities:

You will lead Slide to the next level of success by driving reach and increasing adoption for our top social applications.
Ideal candidates will be a creative, driven, results oriented leader / mentor.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of industry experience with leadership roles in Product Management for high traffic consumer websites
  • Track record of success, ideally for a Web 2.0 application with a strong community focus
  • Strategic enough to contribute to our vision / monetization strategies, detail and hands-on enough to edit Product Specs and manage frequent global releases
  • Solid in identifying and analyzing site performance and business metrics to define product initiatives and drive decisions
  • Strong in working with cross functional team and building consensus
  • Strong in Product Design, Usability, User Experience
  • Engineering background and track record of inspiring and motivating a top notch engineering team to out perform themselves
  • Excellent project management (in startup environment), leadership and communication skills

Desired Qualifications:

  • Users of our applications (Top Friends, Fun Wall, SuperPoke!, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of the social networking trends and open social platform
