We are looking for a UI Designer for our Media Products

Slide is looking for an experience designer to spearhead the design of Slide's media applications, including photo and video products that reach over 150 million people each month. The job involves working closely with other designers, engineers, product management and quality engineering team members to improve the product aesthetics, usability and engagement.

You will need to be able to handle the full range of design tasks for a product: from information architecture to user research to visual design to contributing to ideas for which three verbs for a button label get split tested. As such, you will need to be comfortable with both high-level design strategy as well as the nitty-gritty low-level tactics that execute on the strategy.

We are looking for someone with proven experience building and shipping successful, world-class software applications. This is not a coding job, but knowledge of HTML/CSS and JavaScript will be expected. We believe designers should be able to speak intelligently about how their designs could/will be constructed.

This is an opportunity for an experienced designer to take a leadership role and make a large contribution as part of a small, talented team.
